What we see as important are the things that are important to our customers. Which is why we provide quality work. The job is not complete until our customer is completely satisfied with all aspects of the job or service we were hired to perform. We are safety minded. We hold monthly safety meetings to ensure our employees understand,recognize, and avoid safety hazards. Our employees are equiped with all PPE needed to perform all job duties set before them. Safety is our number one priority and always will be because  work is only high quality when completed with correct equipment and no one is putting themself or someone else in harms way. Customer service is why our customers come back. When you call Rig Chasers we answer. We won't transfer you or put you on hold. The reason its this way is because we want to help our cutomers. We want to provide our services and rentals for our customers when they need them. (Even if it was needed yesterday.) Our solution is availability. We are available to answer questions, provide information, take phone calls and supply our customers with the service they need.
